Tinnitus and Teeth Health

Tinnitus can also be caused when having problems with teeth. For example if your wisdom teeth are growing it could cause pressure on nerves on your face. Also a partially broken tooth or teeth that weren’t treated right could cause tinnitus. Bacteria from the mouth can result in overall body inflammation which can impede blood flow and form clots.

Proper oral health can be easily achieved by establishing these habits:

  • Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes each time.
  • Select a toothbrush that is small enough to fit into the far crevices of your mouth and around back surfaces of teeth.
  • Floss properly and pull debris out from in between you teeth.
  • Change your brush every 2-3 months.
  • See your dentist at least once a year for a check-up.

Take care of your teeth and ask yourself if you should go see a dentist.
