Essential Oils for Tinnitus

Essential Oils are fragrant oils derived from plants. They can come from the stems, flowers, bark, roots, or seeds of a plant. They are mostly obtained from a plant through a process of distillation. Essential oils are highly concentrated compounds that bear healing and therapeutic benefits.

Your middle ears is connected with the back of your nose and that makes smelling the right essential oils affect your tinnitus and reduce tensions in your head. Hold the bottle to your nose and breath deeply to inhale the oil’s scent.

You can also use Ceramic Fragrance Oil Burners. Put the candle underneath and some drops of the oil on the top. The oil gets warm and spreads its essence around the room.  You will start feeling the benefits right away.

The best oils I’ve tried that helped me to manage tinnitus were the Myrrh, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree and Patchouli oils.

Myrrh Oil has been used in combination with frankincense through history to treat a wide variety of superficial ailments such as wounds, sores, rashes and general inflammation.

Eucalyptus Oil was found effective at treating sinusitis, allergies and high blood pressure.

Research has shown that Tea Tree Oil helps reduce inflammation.

Patchouli Oil has the benefits of improving blood circulation and soothing inflammation.

You can order one of those and try it by yourself. They remove tension from your nose, eyes and ears. You will start feeling more energized.
