Ginseng Tea

You will show signs of improvement if you will drink one of those teas for at least 1 week.

Also I’ve found a recipe from an old book which says it is good to drink Coffee with a few drops of Lemon. It helps fighting Migraines and Tinnitus. First i didn’t believe it, but I liked Coffee with Lemon so I started mixing them both and I’ve noticed that it had a good sign of improvement on the tinnitus. Give it a try!

If you don’t like Coffee, try to change your Coffee with Chicory.  Chicory is a substitute for Coffee and has no caffeine. It is 100% Natural Root Extract.
